Through our logistics partner, Xcelsior Freightworks, we maintain direct control over our delivery fleet and can offer scheduled, recurring, and expedited delivery options throughout our service area. If your facility is outside our primary delivery area, contact us — we'll work to find a solution.

We stand behind every product we deliver. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact your account representative immediately. We will arrange a replacement or credit promptly. Returns of unopened, undamaged products may be accepted within 30 days of delivery — contact us for specific return authorization.
