Co-Founder Jacqueline Moore spent over 20 years serving in the U.S. Army healthcare system — working in and alongside the military medical facilities that depend on supplies arriving complete, sterile, and on schedule. She saw firsthand what happens when supply chains fail clinical environments: procedures delayed, workarounds improvised, patients affected. After two decades in uniform, she transitioned into freight logistics and built Xcelsior Freightworks from the ground up — a freight brokerage rooted in operational discipline, carrier accountability, and the belief that logistics is never the part of the business you outsource and forget about. Working both sides of the supply chain — the clinical side that receives supplies and the logistics side that moves them — she identified the critical failure point that no one was solving: medical supply companies were handing their most important function to third-party carriers with zero accountability over the last mile.
